3차세계대전이 본격화되고있다. 2022 우크라이나전으로 촉발된 3차세계대전은 2023 팔레스타인전을 거쳐 대만전과 남코리아전으로 번지고있다. 오늘 동유럽에서는 확전가능성이 높아지고 동아시아에서는 개전가능성이 높아지고있다. 팔레스타인전이 중동전으로 확대되고있는 현상황은 분명 동아시아전을 촉진하고있다.
모든 전쟁의 근본원인은 제국주의에 있다. 제국주의는 사상초유의 정치경제적위기를 모면하기 위해 <신냉전>책략과 전쟁도발책동으로 전세계를 전쟁위기에 몰아넣고있다. 제국주의는 <거대한체스판>전략과 나토의 동진정책에 의거해, <색깔혁명>들과 신나치세력돌격대를 이용해 러시아를 제2의 유고로 만들려고 획책해왔다. 이는 대만의 분리독립을 관철시켜 홍콩, 티벳, 신장, 내몽고의 연쇄적분리운동을 촉발해 중국을 와해시키려는 전략과 본질상 차이가 없다. <신워싱턴컨센서스>와 <디리스킹>은 전쟁의 책임을 떠넘기려는 기만책에 불과하다. 아예 코리아에서는 지난 8월말 미국 캠프데이비드에서 미국대통령, 일본수상, 남코리아대통령이 모여 아시아판나토를 결성하며 핵폭격기와 핵항모가 동원된 북침핵전쟁연습이 연일 벌어지고있다. 우크라이나의 포로셴코와 젤렌스키를 합친 파시스트, 호전광이 남코리아에서 지난해 집권한 윤석열이고 그 윤석열정부가 폴란드에 무기를 팔며 우크라이나전에 개입하고있는 사실은 결코 우연이 아니다.
오늘 대만전과 남코리아전은 어느 한쪽이 터지면 자동으로 다른 한쪽도 터지게 돼있다. 1950 코리아전은 대만전위기설속에 발생했고 코리아전에 미군이 16개나라를 끌고 참전하자 중국군도 참전하지않을수 없었다. 1953 <한미상호방위조약>이 체결되자 1961 북과 중국은 반제전쟁을 벌일시 함께한다고 합의했다. 이 합의는 2019 시진핑주석이 방북해 김정은위원장과 재확인했다. 최근 9월에 북러정상회담, 10월에 중러정상회담이 열린것은 북과 중국, 러시아의 전략적협력관계가 심화발전하고있다는것을 잘 보여준다.
북과 중국이라는 사회주의국가가 러시아라는 사회주의유산을 가진 자본주의국가와 반제국주의의 기치아래 하나의 반제전선을 형성해 투쟁하는 현국면은 2차세계대전시기를 연상시킨다. 세계반파쇼대전과 세계반제대전의 차이외에 많은 점이 유사하다. 제국주의간전쟁인 1차세계대전은 세계최초의 사회주의국가를 출현시켰고 세계반파쇼대전인 2차세계대전은 세계적범위의 사회주의진영을 출현시켰다. 우리는 세계반제대전인 3차세계대전이 제국주의에 결정적타격을 가하며 온세계의 자주화와 평화를 실현하는데서 전환적계기가 돼야하고 또 될수 있다고 확신한다. 이미 팔레스타인민중은 1948이래 75년간의 점령과 지배를 끝장내는 전략적인 투쟁, 강에서 바다까지 자유와 해방을 실현하는 역사적인 투쟁을 시작했다.
우크라이나전이 반제반파쇼전, 해방전, 예방전이고 대만전과 남코리아전이 반제전, 민족해방전, 조국통일전이라면, 팔레스타인전은 반제전, 반시오니즘전, 해방전이다. 최후승리는 언제나 정의의 편에 있다. 전진도상에 우여곡절은 있을지언정 정의로운 해방투쟁은 반드시 승리한다.
세계반제플랫포옴은 2022.10 프랑스 파리에서 열린 국제컨퍼런스에서 반제의 기치를 높이 들고 <파리선언>을 발표하며 출범했다. 반제대중투쟁, 기회주의와의사상전, 국제공동주의역량강화의 3대목표를 천명한 세계반제플랫포옴은 12월 세르비아 베오그라드, 올3월 베네수엘라 카라카스, 5월 남코리아 서울에서 국제행사와 반제투쟁을 전개하며 이 목표를 관철하기 위해 분투하고있다.
우리당과 세계반제플랫포옴은 <만국의노동자여단결하라>와 <단결한민중은반드시승리한다>는 구호아래 역사적대전환기를 새로운 대고조기로 만들기 위해, 근로민중이 정치와 경제의 주인이 되는 새사회를 건설하기 위해 굴함없이 변함없이 계속 투쟁하고 계속 전진할것이다.
The final victory of the anti-imperialist struggle for sovereignty and peace is certain
World War 3 is in full swing. Triggered by the war in Ukraine in 2022, World War 3 is spreading to Taiwan and South Korea and through Palestine in 2023. Today, the probability of contagion in Eastern Europe and an outbreak of war in Eastern Asia is increasingly likely. The current situation, where the war in Palestine is expanding into the Middle East War, is definitely sparking wars in East Asia.
The root cause of all wars lies in imperialism. Imperialism is driving the world into a war crisis with “New Cold War” policy and war provocations in order to escape from the unprecedented political and economic crisis. Based on the “Grand Chessboard” strategy and NATO’s eastward policy, Imperialism has been plotting to make Russia a second Yugoslavia, using “Color Revolutions” and Neo-Nazi stormers. This is essentially no different from the strategy to disrupt China provoking a chain of separationist movements in Hong Kong, Xizang (Tibet), Xinjiang, and Inner Mongolia by completing a secession of Taiwan. “New Washington Consensus” and “De-risking” are nothing more than deceptive ruses to shift the responsibility for war to China. Additionally, the US president, the Japanese prime minister, and the South Korean president met at Camp David in the US at the end of August to form an “Asian version of NATO,” and the war exercises against North Korea are being conducted daily in Korea with nuclear bombers and nuclear aircraft carriers. It is no coincidence that Yoon Suk-yeol, who is as fascist and belligerent as Poroshenko and Zelensky combined, took office in South Korea last year and that he is selling arms to Poland and intervening in the war in Ukraine.
Today, if either the war in Taiwan or in South Korea breaks out, the other will also automatically break out. In 1950, the Korean War broke out in the midst of the “Taiwanese War Crisis.” When the US army dragged 16 countries into the Korean War, the Chinese army had no choice but to join. As the South Korea-US Mutual Defense Treaty was concluded in 1953, North Korea and China agreed to stand together if either one was engaged in an anti-imperialist war. This agreement was reaffirmed in 2019 when Chinese President Xi Jinping visited North Korea to meet with Chairman Kim Jong Un. The recent North Korea-Russia summit in September and the China-Russia summit in October demonstrate that the strategic cooperative relationship between North Korea, China, and Russia is deepening and developing.
This situation, where the socialist countries such as North Korea and China and Russia, a capitalist country with a legacy of socialism, create an anti-imperialist front under the banner of anti-imperialism, is reminiscent of the time of the Second World War. Apart from the difference between the world antifascist war and the world anti-imperialist war, there are lots of common points. Through the First World War, an inter-imperialist war, the first socialist country emerged, and through the Second World War, an antifascist war, the socialist camp emerged on a global scale. We have confidence that the Third World War, an anti-imperialist war, should be and can be the decisive strike against imperialism and the turning point to achieve global independence and peace. Palestinian people have already begun the strategic struggle to finish the occupation and domination for 75 years since 1948 and the historic struggle to realize freedom and liberation from the river to the sea.
While the war in Ukraine is an anti-imperialist and antifascist war, a liberation war and preventive war, and the wars in Taiwan and South Korea are anti-imperialist wars, national-liberation wars, and reunification wars, the war in Palestine is an anti-imperialist war, anti-Zionist war, and a liberation war. The final victory is always on the side of justice. Even though the progress is achieved through contradictions and vicissitudes, the just liberation war must win.
The World Anti-imperialist Platform was constituted, holding the banner of anti-imperialism high and announcing the “Paris Declaration” at the international conference in Paris, France, in Oct. 2022. Having clarified its three major goals as anti-imperialist mass struggle, ideological warfare against opportunism, and consolidation of the international communist forces, the World Anti-imperialist Platform held international events and anti-imperialist struggles in Belgrade, Serbia last December, and in Caracas, Venezuela last March, and in Seoul, South Korea last May and has strived to achieve these goals.
We, the People’s Democracy Party and the World Anti-imperialist Platform, under the banners of “The Workers’ of the world, unite!” and “The People United will never be defeated!”, will consistently struggle and progress without hesitation and wavering to change the period of the historic great-turn in which we now live into the new period of the great-upsurge, and to establish the new society where the working people become the master of the politics and the economy.
