반제의 기치아래 전쟁의 화근을 제거하며 최후승리를 앞당기자

2023년 9월 13일 북코리아의 김정은위원장과 러시아의 푸틴대통령이 러시아의 보스토치니 우주항공기지에서 회담했다. 서로에게 필요한 무기와 자원을 보유하고있는 두나라의 정상들은 지역과 세계의 정세인식을 공유하고 군사와 경제 등 모든분야에서 전략적협력을 더욱 강화하기로 합의했다.
소련이 붕괴된 직후인 1990년대 중후반 <고난의행군>을 해야 했던 북코리아와 옐친시절 서방제국주의의 식민지로 전락했던 러시아가 더이상 아니다. 사회주의국가 북코리아와 사회주의유산을 가진 자본주의국가 러시아가 긴밀히 협력하며 하나의 반제전선에서 함께 싸우고있는것은 결코 놀라운이 일이 아니다.
지난 8월 미국의 캠프데이비드에서 미국과 일본, 남코리아의 정상들이 모여 사실상 <아시아판나토>결성을 합의한바 있다. 남코리아는 공공연히 미국과 폴란드를 통해 우크라이나에 포탄과 탱크를 비롯한 막대한 양의 무기를 이미 제공하고있다.
친미꼭두각시대통령 윤석열은 작년6월 마드리드나토정상회담부터 해서 금년5월 히로시마G7회담과 7월 빌뉴스나토정상회담에 참여하며 <아시아판나토>결성과 북침핵전쟁책동에 미쳐날뛰고있다. 윤석열은 우크라이나당국처럼 남사회의 파쇼화를 다그치고있다. 개혁야당당수를 구속하려하고있고 진보정당을 반국가단체로 몰아가고있으며 언론장악에 광분하고있다.
최악의 경제위기와 민생파탄으로 집권1년만에 지지율이 20%로 급락한 윤석열정부에게 파쇼화와 전쟁외에 다른 출로가 없어 보인다. 역사적으로 제국주의나라와 파쇼체제는 정치와 경제의 치명적위기를 전쟁의 방법으로 벗어나보려고 발악했다.
잘알다시피 2022년 우크라이나전이 발발했고 2023년 현재 남코리아전이 임박했다. 이미 일어난 우크라이나전이든 머지않아 일어날 남코리아전이든 모두 제국주의의 도발에 의해서 촉발된 전쟁이라는 공통점이 있다.
이는 대만전도 마찬가지다. 1961년 북의 김일성주석과 중국의 주은래총리의 합의에 의해, 2019년 북의 김정은위원장과 중국의 시진핑주석의 확인에 의해 북과 중국은 각각 제국주의와 전쟁을 하게 될 경우 자동으로 함께 싸우게 돼있다. 다시말해, 대만전이 터지면 남코리아전이 터지고 남코리아전이 터지면 대만전이 터진다.
한마디로 2023 9월 현재 동유럽에서는 우크라이나전이 확대될 가능성이, 동아시아에서는 대만전과 남코리아전이 발생할 가능성이 높아지고있다. 우크라이나가 나토가입신청으로 러시아를 위협했던것처럼 대만은 분리독립추진으로 중국을 위협하고있고 남코리아는 북침핵전쟁연습으로 북코리아를 위협하고있다. 악명높은 브레진스키의 <거대한체스판전략>과 곳곳에서 벌어지는 <색깔혁명>은 러시아만이 아니라 중국을 상대로도 집요하게 벌어지고있다. 러시아에게 우크라이나가 더이상 양보할수 없는 <마지노선>인것처럼 중국에게 대만은 핵심이익중의 핵심이익, 사활적인 사안이다.
중국과 북코리아의 입장에서 대만전과 남코리아전은 투쟁대상에서 반제전, 투쟁목적에서 민족해방전과 조국통일전으로서 정의의 전쟁이다. 러시아입장에서 우크라이나전은 나토와 신나치당국을 투쟁대상으로 하는 반제반파쇼전이고 신나치세력으로부터의 탄압과 학살로부터 러시아계등의 민중을 구원하는 해방전이며 러시아를 제2의 유고슬라비아로 만들려는 서방제국주의의 침공을 미리 방비하는 예방전으로서 정의의 전쟁이다. 공동주의세력에게는 어떤 프로파겐더에도 흔들리지않는 과학적인 정세분석과 혁명적인 전략수립이 필수적인 과제라는데 이견이 있을수 없다.
이미 동유럽에서 우크라이나전이 터진 조건에서 동아시아에서 대만전과 남코리아전이 터진다면 이는 명백히 3차세계대전이 된다. 그럴 경우 우크라이나전은 3차세계대전의 개시가 되고 대만전과 남코리아전은 3차세계대전의 본격화로 인류역사에 기록될것이다.
제국주의세력은 우크라이나와 대만, 남코리아를 희생양으로 삼는 제한전, 즉 국지전과 대리전, 하이브리드전으로 새로운 세계대립구도를 만들려고한다. 2차세계대전직후 <냉전>을 벌였던 제국주의세력은 3차세계대전으로 <신냉전>을 획책하려고한다. <냉전>에서 이겼다고 자만하는 제국주의세력은 <신냉전>에서도 이길수 있다고 어리석게 망상하고있다.
이미 러시아를 악마화한 제국주의세력은 그못지않게 악마화한 북코리아만이 아니라 세계적대국으로 성장해 미국의 세계패권을 위협하는 중국까지 악마화함으로써 제국주의세력의 전례없는 정치경제적위기에서 벗어나보려고 위험천만한 모험을 시도하고있다.
지난 1년반동안의 우크라이나전이 입증하듯이, 러시아를 고립약화시키려는 제국주의의 책략은 여지없이 분쇄됐다. 러시아는 군사, 정치, 경제적으로 오히려 더욱 강해졌고 미국과 서유럽은 그반대의 현상에 곤혹스러워하고있다.
제국주의세력은 러시아 못지않게 중국, 심지어 북이 핵미사일강국이라는 사실을 애써 부정하고있지만 현실은 현실이다. 미국을 뺀 나토가입국, 즉 서유럽제국주의가 동유럽에서 러시아를 상대하고, 미국과 일본등이 동아시아에서 중국과 북코리아를 상대한다는 제국주의의 책략은 그들 스스로의 전략시뮬레이션을 통해서도 결코 승리를 낙관하지못하는 상태다. 우크라이나와 대만, 남코리아라는 3개전장에서 미국등 제국주의세력이 동시승리를 하겠다는 전략은 완전히 무모하다. 대리전이라는 전쟁개념자체가 상대의 패배보다는 소모의 의미를 기본으로 담고있다.
제국주의간전쟁인 1차세계대전보다 반파쇼전쟁인 2차세계대전이 진일보했음은 최소의 사회주의국가의 출현에서 사회주의국가들의 전지구적범위의 출현이라는 사실만으로도 충분히 입증된다. 실제로 제국주의세력은 2차세계대전이후 감히 제국주의간전쟁을 벌일 엄두를 내지못했다.
이제 3차세계대전이 전면화하고 동유럽전장만이 아니라 동아시아전장에서도 제국주의의 패퇴가 명확해진다면 세계인류는 2차세계대전을 능가하는 새로운 대고조의 고무적인 정세를 경험하게 될것이다. 그런 의미에서 현시기는 인류사적인 대전환의 시기임을 부정할수 없다.
세계반제플랫포옴은 이러한 세계정세를 과학적으로 분석한데 기초해 세계반제투쟁을 호소하며 작년10월 프랑스 파리에서 출범했다. 세계반제플랫포옴의 3대목표가 세계반제대중투쟁과 반기회주의사상전, 국제공동주의역량강화인 이유가 다른데 있지않다.
세계반제플랫포옴은 작년10월 세르비아의 베오그라드, 금년3월 베네수엘라 카라카스, 5월 남코리아 서울에서 국제컨퍼런스를 개최하고 세계동시다발대중투쟁을 전개했다. 그리고 올11월 군사독재를 끝장낸 폴리테크봉기50주년을 맞아 그리스의 아테네에서 반제행사를 개최하고 내년에는 아프리카와 중동에서 대대적인 반제행사를 조직할 예정이다.
세계반제플랫포옴은 특히 제국주의의 직접적피해자인 제3세계의 민중들과 함께 투쟁하고 함께 승리할것이다.
우리에게 <만국의 프롤레타리아여 단결하라>와 <단결한 민중은 결코 패배하지않는다>는 구호는 어떤 탄압과 시련에도 흔들릴수 없는 과학적확신이다. 우리는 반제자주의 기치, 사회주의의 기치를 높이 들고 공동의 적에 맞서 하나의 전선에 굳게 단결해 전쟁의 화근을 제거하며 민중이 사회의 진정한 주인이 되는 최후승리의 그날을 앞당겨올 것이다.

On September 13, 2023, North Korean Chairman Kim Jong Un and Russian President Putin have held talks at the Vostochny Cosmodrome in the Russia. The leaders of the two countries, which have the weapons and resources needed by each other, shared views on the regional and global situation and agreed on strengthening more strategic cooperation in all fields including military and economy.
North Korea is no longer the country that had to endure an “arduous march” in the mid-to-late 1990s, just after the collapse of the Soviet Union, nor is Russia the country that degenerated into a colony of Western imperialism during the Boris Yeltsin era. Not surprisingly, socialist North Korea and capitalist Russia, which retains much of its socialist heritage, cooperate closely and fight on a single anti-imperialist front.
Last August, the US, Japanese and South Korean leaders met at Camp David in the US and agreed to establish a de facto “Asian version of NATO.” South Korea has already supplied Ukraine with massive amounts of weapons including artillery shells and tanks through the US and Poland.
South Korea’s pro-US puppet president Yoon Suk-yeol, who attended the NATO summit in Madrid, Spain, in June 2022, the G7 summit in Hiroshima, Japan, in May 2023 and the NATO summit in Vilnius, Lithuania, in July 2023, has been making frantic efforts to form an Asian version of NATO and participate in nuclear war maneuvers against North Korea. Yoon Suk-yeol is pushing for the fascization of South Korean society, following the example of the Ukrainian authorities. He tries to arrest the leader of the reformist opposition, accuses progressive parties of being “anti-state” and seeks to control the media at all costs.
In the face of the worst economic crisis and the ruin of people’s livelihoods, the Yoon government, whose approval ratings have plummeted to 20% less than a year after taking office, seems to have no other option but fascistization and war.
As you know, the war broke out in Ukraine in 2022, and the war is imminent in South Korea in 2023. Whether it’s the war in Ukraine that has already taken place or the war in South Korea that is about to happen, they all have one thing in common: they were triggered by imperialist provocations.
This is the same with the war in Taiwan. According to the agreement between North Korean President Kim Il Sung and Chinese Premier Zhou Enlai in 1961 and the reaffirmation between North Korean President Kim Jung Un and Chinese President Xi Jinping in 2019, North Korea and China are bound to fight together automatically if one of them goes to war with imperialism. In other words, if the war breaks out in Taiwan, the war will follow in South Korea, and vice versa.
In short, as of September 2023, the risks of war spreading in Eastern Europe and war breaking out in East Asia are increasing. Just as Ukraine threatened Russia by attempting to join NATO, Taiwan is threatening China by demending its separation and independence, and South Korea is threatening North Korea by conducting nuclear war exercises. Zbigniew Brezinski’s notorious “Grand chessboard strategy” and the “color revolutions,” taking place everywhere, are not only against Russia but also against China. For China, Taiwan is the most core interest of all its core interests, a vital issue, just as Ukraine is “the Maginot Line” that Russia can no longer concede.
For China and North Korea, the war in Taiwan and the war in South Korea are just wars, as the anti-imperialist war regarding the target of struggle, the national liberation war and the national unification war considering the purpose of struggle. For Russia, the Ukraine war is an anti-imperialist and antifascist war against NATO and neo-Nazi authorities, the targets of struggle. It is a liberation war to save the Russian people from oppression and massacres by the neo-Nazi groups. It is a just war since it is a preventive war to defend against the invasion of Western imperialist, trying to turn Russia into a second Yugoslavia. There can be no doubt that scientific analysis of the situation and the establishment of a revolutionary strategy, unshakable in the face of all propaganda, are essential tasks for the communist forces.
Under the condition that war in Ukraine has already broken out in eastern Europe, if the wars in Taiwan and South Korea begin, it certainly will become the Third World War. In that case, the war in Ukraine will have been the start of the Third World War, and the wars in Taiwan and South Korea will be written in human history as the point that the Third World War enters full swing.
Imperialist forces are trying to make a new confrontational structure confrontation by means of a limited war, i.e. a local, proxy and hybrid war, while sacrificing Ukraine, Taiwan and South Korea. Imperialist forces, which waged the “Cold War” right after the Second World War, are scheming the “New Cold War” through the Third World War. Those imperialist forces, which kid themselves with the victory in the “Cold War,” have a foolish delusion that they can also win in the “New Cold War.”
Having already demonized Russia, the imperialist forces are embarking on a dangerous and desperate adventure to escape from the unprecedented political and economic crisis by demonizing not only North Korea, but also China, which has grown into a global power that threatens the US’s global hegemony.
As one and a half years of war in Ukraine proves, the tactic of isolating and weakening Russia has been indubitably defeated. Russia has become stronger militarily, politically and economically, and the US and Europe have been troubled with their opposite situation.
Imperialist forces are trying to deny the fact that not only are China but also North Korea nuclear and missile powers like Russia, but that reality is reality. The imperialist strategy of NATO without the US – that is, Western imperialism fighting Russia in Eastern Europe, while the US and Japan fight China and North Korea in East Asia – is not certain to win, even by their strategic simulation. The strategy that imperialist forces, including the US will defeat three rivals simultaneously in three battlefields (Ukraine, Taiwan, South Korea) is totally reckless. The very concept of proxy war means wearing down the adversary rather than defeating it.
The progress of the Second World War as an antifascist war over the First World War as an inter-imperialist war is fully demonstrated by the fact that it enabled the transition from a small number of socialist states to the emergence of numerous socialist states on a global scale. In fact, the imperialist powers did not dare to wage an inter-imperialist war after the Second World War.
When the Third World War is in full swing and the defeat of imperialism becomes more evident not only in eastern Europe but also in East Asia, humanity will sense and be inspired by the new political situation of the new great upsurge on a global scale, identical to the period of the Second World War. In this sense, it is undeniable that the present era is a period of great turn in human history.
Based on the scientific analysis of this international political situation, the World Anti-imperialist Platform (the Platform) emerged in October last year in Paris, France, calling for anti-imperialist struggle on a global scale. For this reason, the 3 main goals of the Platform are the anti-imperialist mass struggle, the anti-opportunism ideological battle and the reinforcement of international communist forces.
The World Anti-imperialist Platform held international conferences last October in Belgrade, Serbia, last March in Caracas, Venezuela and last May in Seoul, South Korea and carried out the world anti-imperialist joint struggle. Furthermore, it plans to hold an anti-imperialist event in Athens, Greece, this November, on the occasion of the 50 years of the Polytechnic University uprising which ended the military dictatorship, and is organizing large-scale anti-imperialist events in Africa and Middle Asia next year.
The World Anti-imperialist Platform will fight together and win together, especially with the people of the third world, who have been the direct victim of imperialism.
For us, the slogans that “Proletarians of all countries, unite” and “People united will never be defeated” are unshakable scientific convictions, despite any oppression and hardship. Holding high the banner of anti-imperialism and socialism, we firmly unite on one front against one common enemy, eliminate the root of war, and advance forward the day of the final victory, where the people become the real masters of society.
