민중민주당(민중당)은 9일(현지시간) 백악관앞에서 논평 <바이든<정부>는 모든 내정간섭을 중단하고 전세계에 주둔시킨 미군 모두를 당장 철거하라!>를 발표했다.
논평은 <바이든<정부>가 베이징올림픽 <외교적 보이콧>을 공식화했다. 미백악관은 중국의 인권문제를 운운하며 6일 베이징올림픽에 사절단을 보내지 않겠다고 언급했다. 호주와 뉴질랜드 등 <동맹>국들이 <보이콧>에 동참하며 대중압박에 나서고 있다.>고 전했다.
한편 <최근 미국방장관 오스틴이 방남해 북침핵전쟁계획인 <작계5015>의 전면수정을 결정하기도 했다. 북을 비롯한 반제자주세력에 대한 미국의 대결책동이 갈수록 노골화되고 있다.>며 <미국은 특히 내정간섭을 자행하며 침략본색을 가감없이 드러내고 있다. 미역대정권이 코리아민족의 내부문제에 간섭해 단합과 통일을 가로막아온 것은 주지의 사실이다.>라고 힐난했다.
이어 <바이든<정부>의 반중견제는 본질에서 반북적대와 다름없다. 갈수록 심화되는 제국주의핵전쟁책동에 맞선 반제자주세력의 중심에 있는 북·중과 제국주의연합세력의 우두머리 미의 격돌은 필연이다. 정치위기에 내몰린 바이든<정부>는 다른 나라 내정에 간섭할 게 아니라 핵전쟁의 화근, 모든 악의 근원인 해외주둔 미군부터 철거해야 한다.>고 강조했다.

1. 바이든<정부>가 베이징올림픽 <외교적 보이콧>을 공식화했다. 미백악관은 중국의 인권문제를 운운하며 6일 베이징올림픽에 사절단을 보내지 않겠다고 언급했다. 호주와 뉴질랜드 등 <동맹>국들이 <보이콧>에 동참하며 대중압박에 나서고 있다. 한편 미<대통령> 바이든은 7일 푸틴러시아대통령과의 정상회담에서 우크라이나침공시 <강력한 경제조치로 대응할 것>이라 강경하게 나왔다. 실제 국제은행간통신협회(SWIFT)접근차단과 러시아에서 독일까지 이어지는 노드스트림2가스관의 폐쇄가능성이 제기됐다. 최근 미국방장관 오스틴이 방남해 북침핵전쟁계획인 <작계5015>의 전면수정을 결정하기도 했다. 북을 비롯한 반제자주세력에 대한 미국의 대결책동이 갈수록 노골화되고 있다.
2. 미국은 특히 내정간섭을 자행하며 침략본색을 가감없이 드러내고 있다. 미역대정권이 코리아민족의 내부문제에 간섭해 단합과 통일을 가로막아온 것은 주지의 사실이다. 바이든<정부>도 마찬가지로 <조건없는 대화>를 떠들며 북에게 유엔안보리결의준수와 비핵화협상을 강박하고 남을 끌여들여 북침핵전쟁연습, 확장억제강화 등의 침략적인 대북적대시정책을 고수하고 있다. 뿐만아니라 미국무·국방장관은 <대만방어역량지원>을 공식적으로 언급하며 반중적대성을 드러냈다. 중이 <<하나의 중국>원칙에 대한 공공연한 도전>, <레드라인 넘으면 단호조치>로 답하며 무력통일의 가능성을 시사한 것은 부당한 내정간섭에 대한 마땅한 응답이다.

[Spokesperson Report 467 – the comment in front of the White House 97]
The Biden “administration” should stop every interference in Corean internal affairs and immediately withdraw every U.S. troop deployed around the world!
1. The Biden “administration” announced officially the “diplomatic boycott” of the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics. On December 6th, The White House, referring the human rights issues of China, stated that it will not send a delegation to the Beijing Olympics. The allies of the U.S., such as Australia and New Zealand, join the boycott and put pressure on China. While conducting the summit with Russian President Putin on the 7th, U.S. “President” Biden uttered firmly that the US and its allies would respond with “strong economic and other measures” in the event of the military invasion of Ukraine from Russia. In fact, the possibilities of cutting off Russia from the Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunications (SWIFT) and shutting down the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline from Russia to Germany are raised. Recently, U.S. Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin visited South Corea and decided to revise completely “Operation Plan 5015(OPLAN5015)” which is the plan for nuclear war to invade North Corea. The confrontational maneuvers of the U.S. against the anti-imperialist and independent forces including North Corea, become more undisguised.
2. The U.S. reveals its aggressive character especially by interfering in Corean internal affairs. It is the well-known fact that successive administrations of the U.S. have interfered with the internal affairs and prevented unity and reunification of the Corean nation. Likewise, talking about “conversation without conditions”, Biden “administration” enforces North Corea to follow the UN Security Council resolutions and to make the negotiation for denuclearization. Also, as drawing in South Corea, it adheres to the aggressive hostile policy against North Corea with nuclear war exercises to invade North Corea and reinforcement the extended deterrence. In addition, the US Department of State and Defense Secretary officially mentioned “supporting Taiwan defense capability” and disclosed the anti-China hostility. As China respond with referring the “overt challenge to the “one China” principle” and the “decisive action if it crosses the red line”, it is the reasonable response against the unfair interference in Chinese domestic affairs that China implied at the possibility of reunification through the armed forces,
3. The Biden “administration” is escalating the nuclear war crisis by plotting to attract South Corea to pressure against China. While the U.S. Department of Defense has said that “we do not pursue an Asian NATO or an anti-China coalition” and “we respect South Corea-China relations”, the expansion of anti-China-aggressive consultative bodies, such as Quad and AUKUS, and the membership of South Corea continue to be discussed. Anti-China checks by the Biden “administration” are essentially the same as anti-North Corean hostility. A clash between U.S., the head of the imperialist coalition forces, and North Corea-China, at the center of the anti-imperialist and independent forces facing the ever-intensifying imperialist nuclear war maneuvers, are inevitable. The Biden “administration”, driven into a political crisis, should not interfere in the internal affairs of other countries but should begin with the withdrawal of the U.S. troops stationed abroad, the root cause of nuclear war and the root of all evil.
