민중민주당(환수복지당)은 4월 1일 <트럼프정부는 주남미군을 즉각 철거하라!> 를 발표했다.
민중민주당은 이날 미정부의 자택격리정책으로 백악관앞시위가 금지된조건에 시위를 온라인으로 전환했다.
이들은 <코비드19로 경제가 전례없는 공황상태에 빠졌음에도 트럼프정부는 천문학적인 방위비분담금을 요구하고 있다>며 <사상초유의 주남미군내남코리아노동자의 무급휴직까지 강행했다>고 비판했다.
이어 온라인시위로 변경됐음을 전하며 <총1061일동안 헤아릴 수 없는 우여곡절을 겪으면서도 일체 동요없이 백악관앞평화투쟁을 전개했듯이 이번의 시련도 결코 우리의 앞길을 막을 수 없다>고 강조했다.

트럼프정부는 주남미군을 즉각 철거하라!
1. 미국내 코비드19의 확산세가 심각하다. 31일 기준, 확진자가 16만4603명이며 사망자는 3170명에 달했다. 확진자수로는 세계1위를 차지했고 사망자수도 기하급수적으로 늘고있다. 뉴욕주·뉴저지주를 비롯해 버지니아주·캘리포니아주 등은 자택격리명령이 내려졌고 이는 백악관이 있는 워싱턴D.C에서도 마찬가지가 됐다.
2. 코비드19로 무수히 많은 민중들이 목숨을 잃고 경제가 전례없는 공황상태에 빠졌음에도 트럼프정부의 전쟁책동은 끝이 없다. 최근 미핵항모시어도어루스벨트함에서 코비드19확진자가 3명이나 발견됐는데도 남중국해에서 침략연습을 강행하지 않았는가. 특히 남코리아에서는 천문학적인 액수의 방위비분담금을 계속 강요하며 급기야 사상초유의 주남미군내남코리아노동자의 무급휴직까지 강행했다. 트럼프정부가 감행하는 정치·군사적 지배와 경제적 착취에 대한 우리민중의 분노가 하늘을 찌르고있다.
3. 코비드19확산과 자택격리명령에 의해 민중민주당미국평화원정단은 오늘부터 불가피하게 백악관앞평화시위를 온라인시위로 일시전환한다. 원정단은 매일 온라인정당연설회 등 다양한 방식으로 <미군철거>투쟁을 이어갈 것이다. 총1061일동안 헤아릴 수 없는 우여곡절을 겪으면서도 일체 동요없이 백악관앞평화투쟁을 전개했듯이 이번의 시련도 결코 우리의 앞길을 막을 수 없다. 우리는 미제국주의에 맞선 정의의 투쟁을 최후승리의 그날까지 끝까지 이어갈 것이다.

Trump administration must withdraw USFK from South Corea!
1. The spread of COVID-19 is serious in the US. 164,603 patients have been diagnosed with COVID-19 and the death toll has reached 3,170, as of 31 March. The US has the most COVID-19 confirmed cases of the world and the death toll increases exponentially. The stay-at–home orders have been announced in New York State, New Jersey state including Virginia state and California state, etc. In the same measure, the Washington DC with the White House has issued the stay-at–home orders.
2. Trump administration is endless at the maneuvering on the war, although countless people have lost their lives by COVID-19 and the economy has gotten into an unprecedented panic situation. Recently, the USS Theodore Roosevelt, a nuclear aircraft carrier, exercised to invade forcefully in the South China Sea even though 3 people in it were confirmed with COVID-19. Especially, the US administration has continued to pressure paying for the astronomical amount of money of defense cost-sharing for stationing US troops in South Corea and United States Forces in Korea (USFK) has urged South Corean employees to furlough unprecedentedly and even unpaid leave in the end. The Corean people are flowing into a rage against political and military domination and economic exploitation by Trump administration.
3. From today, the Peace Expedition to USA of People’s Democracy Party temporarily changes the peaceful protest in front of the White House into an inevitable online protest because of the spread of COVID-19 and the stay-at–home orders. The Expedition will continue to struggle for the “withdrawal of USFK” in various ways including an online speech of PDP everyday. For 1,061 days, we have unfolded unwavering peace protests in front the White House firmly, having an inestimable difficult and complicated way. This difficulty shall not stop our way, either. We will continue to fight for justice against US imperialist until the last victory.
