민중민주당(환수복지당)은 30일(현지시간) 미백악관앞에서 대변인실보도·백악관앞논평 <트럼프정부는 날강도행위를 중단하고 미군을 철거하라!>를 발표했다.
민중민주당은 <미국유사시>포함요구가 <남코리아군자동파병시스템을 만들어 미국무력충돌의 완충장치로 활용하겠다는 저의를 드러낸 것이다>고 지적했다.
이어 <트럼프는 이미 10억달러로 역대최고금액인 주남미군주둔비에서 60배인상한 600억달러를 주장했다는 보도가 나오며 공분을 사고있다>면서 <탄핵위기로 이성을 잃은 트럼프정부가 날강도행위를 할수록 우리민족의 분노는 거세게 타오를 것이고 미군철거의 날도 앞당겨질 것이다>고 경고했다.

트럼프정부는 날강도행위를 중단하고 미군을 철거하라!
1.미국이 전시작전통제권을 돌려주는 대가로 미남동맹위기관리각서 유사시개념에 <미국유사시>도 포함할 것을 요구했다. 미국의 요구가 관철되면 남코리아군은 미국의 완전한 용병으로 굴러떨어지게 된다. 전시여부를 판단하는 위기관리권을 행사하는 미남연합사령관이 미군이기때문이다.
2.트럼프정부는 인도태평양전략에 의해 남중국해·호르무즈해협등 세계각지에서 분쟁을 야기하고있다. 특히 그동안 미국은 손아래동맹국에 호르무즈파병을 강요해왔으나 뜻대로 되지 않았다. 이런 상황에서 <미국유사시>포함요구는 남코리아군자동파병시스템을 만들어 미국무력충돌의 완충장치로 활용하겠다는 저의를 드러낸 것이다.

Trump administration must stop robbery and withdraw US troops from South Corea!
1. US demands to include “US own contingencies” in crisis concept of South Corea-US joint crisis management manual in exchange for returning wartime operational control. If US requirement is attained, South Corea’s armed forces will be degraded to complete mercenary soldiers of US. Because the commander, South Corea-US Combined Forces Command, who exerts crisis management authority to judge wartime situation, is US army.
2. The Trump administration causes disputes over all parts of the world including the territorial dispute in the South China Sea and in the Straits of Hormuz under its Indo-Pacific Strategy. Especially, in the meantime, US has compelled subordinate allies to send troops to the Strait of Hormuz, but it did not work as intended. In this situation, the US demand to include “US own contingencies” in the manual shows its ulterior motive that make an automatic dispatching system to South Corea’s troops and then use it as a shock absorber of armed conflict of US.
3. The robbing true color of US is exposing more plainly with its intimidation of increasing USFK maintenance cost by astronomical amounts. Even Trump insists on raising the cost 600 billion dollars, as much as 60-times increase from the highest ever 10 billion dollars of the present, according to reports. It enrages the people of South Corea. The more Trump administration which lost its reason due to its impeachment crisis makes robbery, the more our nation is burning with rage. Then a day of US troops removal will be moved forward.
