민중민주당(민중당)은 31일(현지시간) 백악관앞에서 논평 <미국의 도발행위는 제국주의의 멸망을 앞당길 것이다>를 발표했다.
논평은 <12월27일 바이든이 새국방수권법안(NDAA)에 서명했다. 대중국·러시아 군사적 대응예산들을 대거 포함해 2022년 미국방예산은 약912조원에 이른다. NDAA는 중·러를 포함한 <전통적이거나 떠오르는 위협>대응연구, 극초음속미사일을 포함한 대중<대전략>수립을 명시했다<고 전했다.
이어 <미국의 반제자주세력에 대한 침략책동은 위험천만한 전쟁정세를 조성하고 있다. 이달에도 미일최대합동연습인 레졸루트드래곤2021을 실시하는 등 미국은 올해내내 쿼드·파이브아이즈·나토·오커스 등 침략적인 협의체를 강화하며 세계곳곳에서 전쟁연습을 벌여왔다.>며 <미국의 북·중·러에 대한 상시적인 군사적 도발행위는 물론 경제제재와 인권시비, 내정간섭은 반제자주세력을 국제사회에서 고립·약화시키려는 저열한 책동이자 침략전쟁을 획책하려는 불순한 망동이다.>라고 힐난했다.
계속해서 <제국주의세력과 반제자주세력의 격돌로 세계는 대전환의 시기를 맞고 있다. 냉전시기 패권적 감상에 젖어 제국주의우두머리노릇을 하려는 미국과 침략과 약탈을 반대하는 반제자주세력간의 대결은 필연이다.>라며 <미국은 전쟁책동을 중단하고 남코리아를 비롯한 전세계주둔지의 모든 미군부터 철거해야 한다>고 강조했다.

1. 12월27일 바이든이 새국방수권법안(NDAA)에 서명했다. 대중국·러시아 군사적 대응예산들을 대거 포함해 2022년 미국방예산은 약912조원에 이른다. NDAA는 중·러를 포함한 <전통적이거나 떠오르는 위협>대응연구, 극초음속미사일을 포함한 대중<대전략>수립을 명시했다. 특히 태평양지역·유럽지역분쟁억지이니셔티브예산, 우크라이나안보지원예산 등을 편성함으로써 중국·대만, 러시아·우크라이나에 대한 개입을 노골화했다. 또 대중견제를 명목으로 주남미군현행유지를 명시하며 대북적대시정책을 고수했다.

3. 제국주의세력과 반제자주세력의 격돌로 세계는 대전환의 시기를 맞고 있다. 냉전시기 패권적 감상에 젖어 제국주의우두머리노릇을 하려는 미국과 침략과 약탈을 반대하는 반제자주세력간의 대결은 필연이다. 바이든<정부>의 전쟁책동이 더욱 노골화될수록 북·중·러·이란 등이 전략적 협력을 강화하며 군사적 우위력을 과시하는 것은 당연한 결과다. 바이든<정부>가 남코리아·대만·우크라이나를 앞세워 도발할수록 제국주의세력의 멸망은 앞당겨질 것이다. 미국은 전쟁책동을 중단하고 남코리아를 비롯한 전세계주둔지의 모든 미군부터 철거해야 한다.

The United States’ provocations will hasten the collapse of imperialism.
1. On December 27, Biden signed the New National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). The U.S. defense budget in 2022, including a large number of military response budgets against China and Russia, reaches about 912 trillion won. The NDAA specified the study of “traditional and emerging threats” including China and Russia, and establishment for a “grand strategy” against China, including hypersonic missiles. In particular, as compiling the budget for Pacific and European deterrence initiative and the budget for the Ukrainian security assistance, the U.S. made explicit its interference in China-Taiwan, and Russia-Ukraine. Also, under the pretext of restraint against China, they adhered to its hostile policy against North Corea, as specifying the current maintenance of the U.S. Forces in South Corea.
2. The aggressive maneuvers of the U.S. against the anti-imperialist forces for independence build up the dangerous political situation that can provoke war. Even in this month, conducting “Resolute Dragon 2021,” which is the largest joint military exercises with Japan, the U.S. strengthens the invasive consultation group including Quad, Five Eyes, NATO and AUKUS throughout this year, and carries out the war game all around the world. As well as the continuous military acts of provocation against the North Corea, China and Russia of the U.S., the economic sanctions, arguments over the human rights and interferences in internal affairs are the mean maneuvers which isolate and weaken the anti-imperialist forces for independence in the international society and the rash acts which plan the aggressive war. This NDAA, which consists with the consistent aggressive contents, reflects the character of aggression and viciousness of the Biden “administration.”
3. With the clash between the imperialist forces and the anti-imperialist forces for independence, would the world glorify the era of great turning point. It is inevitable that a confrontation between the U.S. wants to act as the head of imperialism sentimentalizing about supremacy during the Cold War and anti-imperialist forces for independence opposing aggression and plundering. As war maneuvers of the Biden “administration” become more explicit, it is a natural result for North Corea, China, Russia and Iran to strengthen strategic cooperation and to show off their military superiority. The more the Biden “administration” provokes with the lead of South Corea, Taiwan and Ukraine, the more the collapse of the imperialist forces will be accelerated. The U.S. must stop maneuvering war and withdraw all of the U.S. troops around the world including South Corea.
