민중민주당백악관앞논평 .. 〈바이든〈정부〉는 일체의 내정간섭을 중단하고 미군부터 철거하라!〉

민중민주당(민중당)은 현지시각 11일 워싱턴D.C백악관앞에서 논평 <바이든<정부>는 일체의 내정간섭을 중단하고 미군부터 철거하라!>을 발표했다.

논평은 <바이든<정부>가 대북제재를 고수하겠다고 망발했다>며 <8일 미국무부는 <대북제재는 북의 책임>, <북정권이 불법적인 핵과 미사일을 확산시켜 국제안보를 위협>한다고 떠들며 유엔제재가 <인도주의적으로 부정적인 결과를 초래하려는 의도가 아니다>라는 궤변을 늘어놨다>고 설명했다. 

이어 <미국의 코리아민족문제에 대한 간섭과 훼방은 명백한 주권침해고 내정간섭이다>라며 <미국은 대북적대시책동에 광분하며 대북제재를 강화하고 북침핵전쟁연습을 감행하는가 하면 전단살포조종과 인권시비 등 집요하게 고립압살책동, 내부와해책동을 벌이고 있다>고 지적했다.

계속해서 <모든 문제의 근원에는 남에는 점령군이자 북에는 침략군인 미군에게 있다>며 <미군철거는 우리민족의 자주와 우리민중의 민주를 위한 필수적 전제고 사활적 과제다>고 강조했다.

1. 바이든<정부>가 대북제재를 고수하겠다고 망발했다. 문재인정권이 금강산관광 추진의사를 밝히자 미국무부는 <유엔의 대북제재를 계속 집행할 것>이라고 망언했다. 미남워킹그룹 관련해서는 <철통같은 동맹의 일환으로 남과 계속 긴밀히 협의할 것>이라며 내정간섭을 자행했다. 8일 미국무부는 <대북제재는 북의 책임>, <북정권이 불법적인 핵과 미사일을 확산시켜 국제안보를 위협>한다고 떠들며 유엔제재가 <인도주의적으로 부정적인 결과를 초래하려는 의도가 아니다>라는 궤변을 늘어놨다.
2. 미국의 코리아민족문제에 대한 간섭과 훼방은 명백한 주권침해고 내정간섭이다. 9월평양공동선언이 합의된지 한달만에 설치된 미남워킹그룹은 <비핵화전 대북제재 완화없다>며 남북간의 합의사항이행을 전면 중단시킨 <비핵화워킹그룹>이다. 그해 12월 남북철도에 대한 <착공없는 착공식>이라는 황당한 상황이 벌어진 이유가 다른데 있지 않다. 미국은 대북적대시책동에 광분하며 대북제재를 강화하고 북침핵전쟁연습을 감행하는가 하면 전단살포조종과 인권시비 등 집요하게 고립압살책동, 내부와해책동을 벌이고 있다. 파탄난 남북관계와 위험천만한 핵전쟁위기는 전적으로 미국으로부터 비롯됐다.
3. 미국은 일체의 내정간섭행위를 중단하고 당장 미군부터 철거해야 한다. 미군이 주도하는 북침핵전쟁연습은 현시기 코리아반도의 전쟁위험을 가일층 고조시키며 민족분열과 동족대결을 악랄하게 획책하고 있다. 모든 문제의 근원에는 남에는 점령군이자 북에는 침략군인 미군에게 있다. 미군철거는 우리민족의 자주와 우리민중의 민주를 위한 필수적 전제고 사활적 과제다. 우리민중은 단결된 힘으로 전쟁의 화근, 만악의 근원 미군을 철거시키고 민족자주와 민중민주주의를 앞당겨 실현할 것이다.

Biden administration must stop all interference in the internal affairs of South Corea and withdraw the U.S. troops from South Corea first!

1. Biden administration made a reckless remark that they will insist on keeping the hostile policy towards North Corea. The U.S. Department of State made an absurd remark, “The UN sanctions against North Corea remains the same” in response to the Moon Jae-in government’s announcement of its willingness to promote tours to Mount Kumgang. Regarding the US–South Corea working group, they commit to interfere in the internal affairs of South Corea, “we will continue to consult closely as part of an ironclad alliance.” On June 8th, the U.S. Department of State used sophistry that “Sanctions against North Corea are the responsibility of North Corea,” “The North Corean regime threats international security by spreading illegal nuclear weapons and missile” and “UN sanctions are not intended to have adverse humanitarian consequences.”
2. The U.S.’s interference and disruption in the Corean national affairs is clearly infringing on the sovereignty and interfering in the internal affairs of South Corea. The US–South Corea working group which was established in a month after the agreement of the Pyongyang Joint Declaration of September 2018 said “There is no easing of sanctions on North Corea before denuclearization” and it is the “working group for denuclearization” which completely halts the implementation of inter-Corean agreements. There is no other reason for the absurd situation of a “groundbreaking ceremony without construction” on the inter-Corean railway in December of that year. The U.S. is frantic with its hostile maneuvers against North Corea, reinforcing sanctions against North Corea and conducting nuclear war exercises against North Corea and also waging maneuver of isolation and squeezing and maneuver of internal collapse tenaciously, such as, manipulating to send anti-North Corea leaflets and provocation of human rights. The broken inter-Corean relations and treacherous nuclear war crisis totally proceed from the U.S.
3. The U.S. must stop all interference in the internal affairs of South Corea and withdraw the U.S. troops from South Corea first. The nuclear war exercise against North Corea led by the U.S. troops is attempting a national division and confrontation in our nation, more escalating the Corean Peninsula’s war crisis more in a present period. The root of all the problems is responsible for the U.S. troops which are the occupying forces of the South and the invading forces of the North. The withdrawal of the U.S. troops is an essential prerequisite and vital task for the independence of our nation and democracy of our people. The people of South Corea will withdraw the U.S. troops from South Corea with united force, the source of war, the root of all evil, and realize acceleratedly national independence and people’s democracy.
