민중민주당백악관앞논평 .. 〈바이든〈정부〉는 대북전단살포조종을 비롯한 모든 대북적대시행동을 중단하라!〉

민중민주당(민중당)은 현지시각 12일 워싱턴D.C백악관앞에서 논평 <바이든<정부>는 대북전단살포조종을 비롯한 모든 대북적대시행동을 중단하라!>을 발표했다.

논평은 <남코리아정부의 법적 제재조치에도 불구하고 탈북범죄자 박상학이 <대북전단은 그 어떤 협박과 폭력으로도 막을 수 없다>고 감히 망동하는 이유는 그 배후에 미국이 있어서다>고 지적했다. 

이어 <대북전단살포는 미국의 대북인권시비를 넘어 제국주의침략책동이다>며 <정전이후 미CIA가 북의 내부붕괴를 목표로 감행해온 대북심리전은 오늘날 탈북자범죄자들을 통해 이뤄지고 있다>고 설명했다.

계속해서 <대북전단살포는 국제법상 불법행위이자 정보전의 일환으로 명백히 침략행위다>며 <미국무부와 미의회가 나서서 대북전단금지법의 재검토·개정을 강박하고 탈북범죄자들을 비호하는 것은 불난 집에 기름을 붓는 것과 같다>고 경고했다.

바이든<정부>는 대북전단살포조종을 비롯한 모든 대북적대시행동을 중단하라!

1. 미국무부가 대북전단살포를 자행한 <<탈북자>단체와 협력하고 있다>고 본색을 드러냈다. 미국무부는 지난달30일 자유북한운동연합이 대북전단살포망동을 저지른 것에 대해 미국은 <북으로의 자유로운 정보유입을 계속해서 추진하고 있다>면서 <탈북자>단체와 결탁해왔음을 밝혔다. 남코리아정부의 법적 제재조치에도 불구하고 탈북범죄자 박상학이 <대북전단은 그 어떤 협박과 폭력으로도 막을 수 없다>고 감히 망동하는 이유는 그 배후에 미국이 있어서다.
2. 대북전단살포는 미국의 대북인권시비를 넘어 제국주의침략책동이다. 바이든<정부>가 이스라엘의 팔레스타인공습에는 침묵으로 옹호하며 제국주의세력간의 결탁을 드러냈다. 정전이후 미CIA가 북의 내부붕괴를 목표로 감행해온 대북심리전은 오늘날 탈북자범죄자들을 통해 이뤄지고 있다. 미국무부외곽단체인 미국민주주의진흥재단(NED)은 <탈북자>단체들에게 2016~19년까지 4년간 1122만달러(약135억원)를 지원했다.
3. 대북전단살포는 국제법상 불법행위이자 정보전의 일환으로 명백히 침략행위다. 접경지역에서의 대북전단살포는 코리아반도의 전쟁위험을 가속화하고 끝내 세계대전까지 촉발할 수 있는 전쟁의 도화선이다. 북이 가장 강하게 반발하는 이유가 다른데 있지 않다. 미국무부와 미의회가 나서서 대북전단금지법의 재검토·개정을 강박하고 탈북범죄자들을 비호하는 것은 불난 집에 기름을 붓는 것과 같다. 유사시 모든 책임은 바이든<정부>가 지게 될 것이다.

The Biden administration must stop all hostile action toward North Corea including manipulating to send anti-North Corea leaflets

1. The U.S. Department of State revealed its true colors as it is cooperating with the “North Corean defector group” that perpetrated sending of anti-North Corean leaflets. The U.S. Department of State revealed that it had conspired with a North Corean defector group, saying the “U.S. continues to support a free influx of information for the North Corea in response to the ”Fighters for Free North Korea” committed an irrational acts that sending of anti-North Corea leaflets on 30th of April. Despite the South Corean government’s legal sanctions, the reason why Park Sang-hak, a North Corean defector and criminal, dares to irrational acts, saying, “No threats and violence can stop anti-North Corea leaflets” is that the U.S. is behind it.
2. Sending of anti-North Corea leaflets is aggressive maneuvers of imperialism beyond provocation of human rights against North Corea of the U.S. The Biden administration did silent support about Israel’s air raids on Gaza, Palestine and revealed collusion among the imperialists. The U.S. CIA’s psychological warfare against North Corea, which has been aimed at the internal collapse of North Corea since the ceasefire, is being carried out through North Corean defector criminals today. The National Endowment for Democracy (NED), the U.S. State Department’s extra-departmental body, supported 11.22 million dollars (about 13.5 billion won) to the “North Corean defector groups” for four years from 2016 to 2019.
3. Sending of anti-North Corea leaflets is an illegal behavior under international law and is clearly an act of aggression as part of information warfare. Sending of anti-North Corea leaflets in the border area triggers the war that could accelerate the Corean Peninsula’s war crisis and eventually triggers World War. There is no other reason for the North Corea’s strongest reaction. The U.S. Department of State and the U.S. congress compel South Corean government to reexamine and revise a law banging the people sending of anti-North Corea leaflets and harbor the North Corean defector criminal is like adding fuel to the fire. In case of emergency, Biden administration will hold himself responsible for everything.
