민중민주당백악관앞논평 .. 〈미·일동맹강화와 북침핵전쟁책동은 〈바이든정부〉의 파멸을 앞당길 것이다〉

민중민주당(민중당)은 현지시각 21일 워싱턴D.C백악관앞에서 논평 <미·일동맹강화와 북침핵전쟁책동은 <바이든정부>의 파멸을 앞당길 것이다>를 발표했다.

논평은 <16일 미·일정상이 <북의 완전한 비핵화에 전념하겠다>며 침략적으로 나왔다. <미대통령 바이든>과 일총리 스가는 공동성명에서 인도·태평양지역의 <평화와 안정을 유지하기 위한 억지력 강화>, <핵확산의 위험성을 포함해 북과 관련된 위험에 대응하기 위해 협력할 것>이라고 망발했다.>고 전했다. 

이어 <미·일은 정상회담을 통해 코리아반도·아시아패권장악을 향한 흑심을 또다시 드러냈다. 바이든과 스가는 양국관계를 <역사적 동반자관계>로 규정하고 <공동의 번영과 안보>인 대북·대중견제를 위한 미·일·남3각동맹강화를 주장했다. 미국은 <미·일·남협력이 경색된 남·일관계로 위협받고있다>면서 남정권을 겨냥한 내정간섭망언을 내뱉었다.>고 지적했다.

계속해서 <미·일제국주의는 코리아의 분단과 우리민족의 분열을 초래한 원흉이다. 미국은 일본을 발판삼아 코리아반도·아시아패권장악에 골몰하고 있으며 일본은 미국을 등에 업고 일군국주의부활에 광분하고 있다.>고 강조했다.

미·일동맹강화와 북침핵전쟁책동은 <바이든정부>의 파멸을 앞당길 것이다

1. 16일 미·일정상이 <북의 완전한 비핵화에 전념하겠다>며 침략적으로 나왔다. <미대통령 바이든>과 일총리 스가는 공동성명에서 인도·태평양지역의 <평화와 안정을 유지하기 위한 억지력 강화>, <핵확산의 위험성을 포함해 북과 관련된 위험에 대응하기 위해 협력할 것>이라고 망발했다. 스가는 북에 대해 <모든 대량살상무기(WMD)의 CVID>, <유엔안전보장이사회 결의준수>를 강변했다. 바이든은 <일본인납북자문제>를 입에 올리며 반북모략책동을 되풀이했다. 미·일은 중국에 대해선 <대만문제의 평화적 해결>과 <홍콩, 신장위구르의 인권>을 거론했다.
2. 미·일은 정상회담을 통해 코리아반도·아시아패권장악을 향한 흑심을 또다시 드러냈다. 바이든과 스가는 양국관계를 <역사적 동반자관계>로 규정하고 <공동의 번영과 안보>인 대북·대중견제를 위한 미·일·남3각동맹강화를 주장했다. 미국은 <미·일·남협력이 경색된 남·일관계로 위협받고있다>면서 남정권을 겨냥한 내정간섭망언을 내뱉었다. 미국은 남의 대북전단금지법에 대해서는 미의회청문회까지 열며 인권시비를 걸면서도 일본의 후쿠시마원전 오염수방류결정은 적극적으로 두둔했다. 미·일제국주의의 군사·정치적 결탁으로 전세계민중들의 생존과 발전이 위협받고 있다.
3. 미·일제국주의는 코리아의 분단과 우리민족의 분열을 초래한 원흉이다. 미국은 일본을 발판삼아 코리아반도·아시아패권장악에 골몰하고 있으며 일본은 미국을 등에 업고 일군국주의부활에 광분하고 있다. <바이든정부> 들어 노골적으로 강화되는 북침핵전쟁책동의 이유가 다른데 있지 않다. <바이든정부>는 미·일동맹을 강화할 것이 아니라 북침핵전쟁책동을 중단하고 주남미군부터 즉시 철거해야 한다. <바이든정부>가 대북침략책동에 매달리는 한 북·미는 마주달리는 기차처럼 충돌이 불가피하다. <바이든정부>의 파멸은 필연이다.

The strengthening of the U.S.-Japan alliance and nuclear war maneuver against North Corea will make the fall of the Biden administration ahead!

1. On April 16th, leaders of the U.S. and Japan took aggressive position, saying “U.S. and Japan will be committed to the complete denuclearization of North Corea.” U.S. President Joe Biden and Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihide Suga made a reckless remark that “we will strengthen deterrence to maintain peace and stability in the Indo-Pacific region and will work together to address the dangers associated with North Corea, including the risk of proliferation” in a joint statement. Suga strongly asserted “complete, irreversible and verifiable dismantlement (CVID) of all weapons of mass destruction (WMD)” and “abiding by its obligations under UN Security Council resolutions” on North Corea. Biden repeated plotting maneuvers against North Corea, mentioning “Japanese abduction issues” rashly. Regarding China, the U.S. and Japan discussed “resolution of the Taiwan issues” and “human rights in Hong Kong and the Xinjiang Uyghur Region.”
2. The U.S. and Japan revealed again an ulterior motive towards holding dominance over the Corean peninsula and Asia through the summit. Biden and Suga defined bilateral relations as “historic partnership” and the U.S. made an absurd remarks about interference in the internal affairs, saying that “The U.S.-Japan-South Corea cooperation is threatened by strained relations between South Corea and Japan.” While the U.S. congress to hold a hearing on South Corea’s ban on the sending of anti-North Corea leaflets and to provoke human rights issues, the U.S. actively backed Japan’s decision to release the contaminated water from the wreaked Fukushima nuclear power plant into the ocean. The survival and development of people all around the world have been threatened by military and political collusion of the U.S. and Japanese imperialism.
3. The U.S. and Japanese imperialism are the main culprit, causing the division of Corea and our nation. The U.S. is engrossed in holding supremacy on the Corean Peninsula and Asia with the Japan as a foothold. Japan is frenzied with the revival of militarism with the US at its back. There is no other reason for the nuclear war maneuver against North Corea, which is explicitly intensified especially by the Biden administration. The Biden administration must immediately stop nuclear war maneuver against North Corea and withdraw U.S. troops from South Corea, not strengthen the U.S.-Japan alliance. As long as the Biden administration sticks to aggressive maneuver against North Corea, collisions between North Corea and the U.S. are unavoidable, like trains running into each other. The destruction of Biden administration is inevitable.
