민중민주당 백악관앞논평 .. 〈바이든정부는 북침핵전쟁연습인 미남합동군사연습을 즉각 중단하라! 〉

민중민주당(민중당)은 현지시각 3일 백악관앞에서 논평 <바이든정부는 북침핵전쟁연습인 미남합동군사연습을 즉각 중단하라!>를 발표했다.
논평은 <미남합동군사연습이 이달 8~19일에 실시될 예정이다. 남국방부는 2일 미남합동군사연습의 일정·규모가 최종확정되지 않았다고 했으나 이날 <사전연습>성격의 위기관리참모훈련(CMST)이 시작된 것으로 알려졌다.>면서<미국방부는 남과 보조를 맞추겠다면서도 <남코리아는 역내 핵심(linchpin)>으로 <훈련에서 높은 수준의 준비태세를 유지할 것>이라고 실토했다>고 전했다. 

이어 <최근 미합동참모본부차장 하이튼은 미전략국제문제연구소(CSIS)주최 회의에서 북의 핵·미사일전력을 사전에 무력화하는 <발사의 왼편(Left of Launch)>전략을 추진해야 한다고 망발했다>면서 <이는 사이버전·전자전을 통한 사전발사차단을 비롯해 오바마정부말기에 검토했던 선제타격까지 포함하고 있다. 코리아반도주변에 각종 핵전략자산이 집결하고 연일 미국이 주도하는 핵전쟁연습이 벌어지는 이유가 다른데 있지 않다.>고 비판했다.

계속해서 <미남이 평양점령·참수작전이 포함된 선제타격연습을 벌일 때 같은 기간 북은 각종 중거리미사일과 대륙간탄도미사일을 동원한 실전훈련을 실시하는 것으로 알려졌다>면서<바이든정부 취임후 북미간 군사적 긴장도는 최고조로 높아지고 있으며 우리는 그 배경에 주목하고 있다. 바이든정부는 북침핵전쟁연습 중단하고 미군을 당장 철거하라.>고 밝혔다.

1. 미남합동군사연습이 이달 8~19일에 실시될 예정이다. 남국방부는 2일 미남합동군사연습의 일정·규모가 최종확정되지 않았다고 했으나 이날 <사전연습>성격의 위기관리참모훈련(CMST)이 시작된 것으로 알려졌다. CMST는 국지도발·테러 등의 상황을 가정한 군사연습으로서 보통 본격적인 합동군사연습에 앞서 남코리아군 단독으로 실시해왔다. 미국방부는 남과 보조를 맞추겠다면서도 <남코리아는 역내 핵심(linchpin)>으로 <훈련에서 높은 수준의 준비태세를 유지할 것>이라고 실토했다.

3. 지휘소연습(CPX)은 대규모야외기동훈련(FTX)만 하지 않을뿐 명백한 실전훈련이다. 미남이 평양점령·참수작전이 포함된 선제타격연습을 벌일 때 같은 기간 북은 각종 중거리미사일과 대륙간탄도미사일을 동원한 실전훈련을 실시하는 것으로 알려졌다. <워게임>이 핵전쟁으로 현실화되는 건 시간문제다. 바이든정부 취임후 북미간 군사적 긴장도는 최고조로 높아지고 있으며 우리는 그 배경에 주목하고 있다. 바이든정부는 북침핵전쟁연습 중단하고 미군을 당장 철거하라. 전쟁을 즐기는 자, 전쟁으로 망한다.

The Biden administration must immediately stop the US-South Corea joint military exercise, the nuclear war exercise against North Corea!

1. The US-South Corea joint military exercise will be conducted from 8th to 19th of March. The South Corean Defense Ministry said, on the 2nd, they have not settled the plan and scale of the US-South Corea joint military exercise, but, on the same day, it was known that Crisis Management Staff Training (CMST), which was the “preliminary exercise” of the joint military exercise, was begun. The CMST is the military exercise assuming the situations such as local provocation and terrorism. It has been conducted by South Corean military solely before the joint military exercise. Even though the U.S. Department of Defense said that they will march in lockstep with South Corea but “South Corea is a “linchpin” for the region” and “We do have to maintain a significant level of readiness on the peninsula.”
2. The Biden administration has continuously held the nuclear war maneuvers against North Corea. Recently, the vice chairman of the U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff, John Hyten, made reckless remarks at a meeting hosted by the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) that the strategy of “Left of Launch” should be pursued to neutralize North Corea’s nuclear and missile forces in advance. It also includes the preemptive strikes considered at the end of the Obama administration, as well as previously preventing the launch through the cyber warfare and the electronic warfare. There is no other reason why the nuclear strategic assets are assembled around the Corean Peninsula and the nuclear war exercises led by the U.S. are held day after day.
3. Command Post Exercise (CPX) is an obvious actual training except Field Training Exercise (FTX) in large scale. It is known that when the U.S. and South Corea conducts the preemptive strike exercises including occupying Pyongyang and so-called “beheading operation,” North Corea conducts the practical exercises with the various middle-range missiles and intercontinental ballistic missiles in the same period. It is the matter of time that “Wargames” turn into the real nuclear war. After the inauguration of the Biden administration, the North Corea-US military tension is intensified to the highest level and we pay attention to the background of it. The Biden administration must stop nuclear war exercises against North Corea and withdraw U.S. troops from South Corea. Those who enjoy war, will die by war.
